How do I change my product type?

To change your checking or savings account type, complete the following steps.

  1. Log in to Online Banking
  2. Go to the Self-Service tab and click on Request Center*
  3. Select Product Change (Savings/Checking)
  4. Complete the form and submit the request
  5. The account will be updated immediately

If you have a nickname on your account, you will continue to see the nickname in Online / Mobile Banking, not the new account type.
