To change your checking or savings account type, complete the following steps.
- Log in to Online Banking
- Go to the Self-Service tab and click on Request Center*
- Select Product Change (Savings/Checking)
- Complete the form and submit the request
- The account will be updated immediately
If you have a nickname on your account, you will continue to see the nickname in Online / Mobile Banking, not the new account type.
*Please confirm Third-Party Cookies and Pop-Ups are allowed when accessing the Request Center
