How do I manage alerts?

To manage your alerts, complete the following steps:


Email & Text Alerts via Online Banking: 

  1. Log in to Online Banking
  2. Go to My Settings 
  3. Scroll to the bottom and click on Alerts & Notifications
  4. To add an alert, click Add an alert +
    1. Choose the alert type you would like
    2. Update the check boxes for Email & SMS
    3. Update the alert parameters
    4. Update the amount
    5. The alert will automatically save
  5. To edit an alert 
    1. Update the check boxes for Email & SMS
    2. Update the alert parameters
    3. Update the amount
    4. The alert will automatically save
  6. To delete an alert
    1. Hover over the alert
    2. Click Remove


Push Notifications via Mobile App:

  1. Access the Mobile Banking App
  2. Click on More
  3. Click on the Settings gear
  4. Click on Push Notifications
  5. Toggle On/Off 
  6. Update the amount


Money Management Alerts: 

  1. Log in to Online Banking
  2. Go to Financial Tools > Money Management
  3. Click on the bell icon 
  4. Click on the Settings gear
  5. Toggle On/Off
  6. Click Edit to update accounts and amounts

* Alerts from Money Management will include at the bottom of the email "You are viewing this email as you have subscribed for Money Management alerts. To change or discontinue this alert, log in and change your Money Management alert settings."
