To place a stop on an electronic / ACH withdrawal, complete the following steps.
- Log in to Online Banking
- Go to the Self-Service tab and click on Request Center*
- Select ACH - Stop Payment
- Complete the form and submit the request
This form cannot be used to stop recurring Debit or Credit Card charges.
*Please confirm Third-Party Cookies and Pop-Ups are allowed when accessing the Request Center
