To request a loan due date change, complete the following steps:
- Log in to Online Banking
- Go to the Self-Service tab and click on Request Center*
- Select Loan Due Date Change
- Choose the loan you wish to change the due date for (Credit Cards, Mortgages, Business Loans, Lease Loans & Lines of Credit are not eligible)
- Choose the new due date you would like
- Submit the form
- The current payment due will remain the same date, the next payment due will be on the new date you chose
- You will receive an email confirmation
If you have automatic payments set up, they will need to be updated to reflect the new due date
*Only 1 due date change is allowed in a 12 month period
*Please confirm Third-Party Cookies and Pop-Ups are allowed when accessing the Request Center
