To request a fixed-rate loan advance for your existing Home Equity Line of Credit, complete the following steps.
- Go to the Self-Service tab and click on Request Center*
- Select HELOC Fixed Rate Advance
- Complete the request and submit the form
- Once you submit your request, a Loan Servicing Representative will contact you at the number/email supplied to finalize the terms and conditions of your request
The minimum amount for a fixed-rate advance is $5,000, term & advance restrictions apply based on the term requested.
*Please confirm Third-Party Cookies and Pop-Ups are allowed when accessing the Request Center
