How do I request a fixed rate for my HELOC?

To request a fixed-rate loan advance for your existing Home Equity Line of Credit, complete the following steps.

1. Go to the Self-Service tab and click on Request Center*
2. Select HELOC Fixed Rate Advance 
3. Complete the request and submit the form
4. Once you submit your request, a Loan Servicing Representative will contact you at the number/email supplied to finalize the terms and conditions of your request

The minimum amount for a fixed-rate advance is $5,000, term & advance restrictions apply based on the term requested.
