How do I complete an External Transfer?

To complete an External Transfer, complete the following steps: 

  1. Log in to Online Banking
  2. Go to the Pay & Transfer tab and click on External Transfers
  3. Click on Schedule External Transfer
  4. Select the Transfer From account
  5. Select the Transfer To account
        The system will not allow you to transfer between External accounts, one must be an Affinity account 
  6. Enter the Amount
  7. Choose the Transfer Date
        Choose repeat options if necessary
  8. Review the Terms & Conditions and check off the box to agree
  9. Click Schedule Transfer
  10. Review the details
  11. Schedule Transfer
  12. Continue


Limits:

  • Per transaction Outbound Limit: $15,000.00
  • Per transaction Inbound Limit: $25,000.00

  • Daily Outbound Limit: $15,000.00
  • Daily Inbound Limit: $25,000.00

  • 28 Day Outbound Limit: $25,000.00
  • 28 Day Inbound Limit: $75,000.00


Cutoff Time:

  • Transfers initiated on a Business Day prior to 4:30pm will process same day and post next business day.
  • Transfers initiated on a Business Day after 4:30pm, or a Weekend or Holiday, will process the next business day and post the business day after.
