To request a Zelle® transfer, log in to Online Banking, click on Pay & Transfer, then Send Money with Zelle®.
To Send a Request:
Start on the Request tab. Only contacts’ emails and phone numbers show here.
Requests cannot be sent to contacts with a bank account only, or contacts with a phone not enrolled with Zelle®.
- Select a contact’s token.
- Enter the amount.
- Select account where money will be deposited – allowed accounts from Online Banking show.
- Click Review.
- Enter a reason on the next screen (optional).
- The contact gets an email or text and has 30 days to pay the request.
To Split a Request:
Go to the Split tab to send a request to several contacts at once. Only contacts’ emails and phone numbers show here.
Split Requests cannot be sent to contacts with a bank account only, or contacts with a phone not enrolled with Zelle®.
- Select up to 5 tokens.
- Enter the amount.
- Select account where money will be deposited (allowed accounts from Online Banking show).
- If desired, adjust individual amounts.
- If desired, enter a reason.
- Each contact gets an email or text and has 30 days to pay the request.
Sent requests (single or split) show on the Activity page, where you can see if it’s paid or cancel if it’s outstanding.
