To request a deferment, complete the following steps.
- Log in to Online Banking
- Go to the Self-Service tab and click on Request Center*
- Select Loan Payment Deferment
- Complete the request, upload the documents as requested and submit the form
*Please confirm Third-Party Cookies and Pop-Ups are allowed when accessing the Request Center
